I'm having my file server with shared folders for my users.frequently the users complain that they are not able to view the shared folder even though the share window is opened.they have permission to access.i even checked DFS service.everything is fine.but once when i restarted the server the shares were visible and also available.but this cant be done every time.so can any one suggest me what can be done to overcome this issue.waiting for your reply
