Shared Folder Move

we have just installed a new scsi drive on our server and want to move a bulk of shared folders over from one drive to another is there anyway of doing this and keeping the shares and permissions intacted the only way we have found so far is using windows backup to back themup then restore to new drive and reshare the folder as its keeping the permisions we did look at the file server migration wizard but that will only allow from server 2 server.
