Shared folder inaccessible

We have shared folders on one W2k3 server that two XP Pro users cannot access. They get a message:
'\\server is not accessible. You might not have permission ...
Multiple connections to a shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed'
2 Relevant facts:
1) The same user name works from other XP Pro machines
2) The Xp pro machine with the problem is able to access other W2k3 servers.
Any help would be grately appreciated.
