Hi,
I need to setup my small LAN to route all outbound traffic via a windows 2003 server (where i want to do some ip filtering etc).
I currently have all PCs on the LAN using the ADSL router (192.168.1.1) as the default gateway. I want to change this so they used a server (192.168.1.2) as the default gateway and then for that server to route the traffic to the ADSL router (192.168.1.1).
How do I configure the server (192.168.1.2) to forward the traffic on to the router?

You need two nics in the server and then engage RRAS to enable routing. Set the pcs to use dhcp from the server not the router. Turn off dhcp on the router. Static ip assignment for the server.
For more info google RRAS
as Hero would add, make sure your clients are pointed to your MS server for DNS. You can roll all of the wkst ip setting out via dhcp
Imagine the power if you knew how to internet search
