I have 2003 Server and two other computers running XP Pro. I want to be able to remotely take over the computer how do I set this up.

Which computer?

Try Remote Desktop in:

Start >> Programs >> Accessories >> Communications

You cannot connect remotely to an existing session through remote desktop. Unless they are connected to a terminal server and you can take control of the session. The only option I see is VNC (Free download) or Dameware which is much better but paid for,
