I have a windows server 2003 with various admins. I need only one admin in the machine to access a specific folder. How can i make that happen? The application inside the folder is apache tomcat.

Right click on the folder -> Properties -> Security Tab.
Remove all users/groups from the folder that you don't want to have access.
Add the username of the admin you would like to have access to the machine and not that admin group. Give that user the permission you would like them to have.
Sorry about this question but are you really a network admin??
If your other administrators of the server didn't know how to do this either, it might be best that they didn't have admin privileges on your server...

Permissions are a very basic point in Server Administration. If you don't know how to change one simple thing, you should really consider serious training and a good book.
