I am trying to set up NAT in such a way that I can use the computer as a router. I have the net connection directly into one of the NIC's. The card is getting DHCP from my service provider. The second NIC connection is for my internal LAN. I am trying to set it up so the internal LAN can access the net though the server. Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

ok all you have to do is open the routing and remote access tab via administrative tools. right click on your machine in the left pane and click configure and enable routing/remote access. follow the wizard that comes up. select NAT (2nd radio button) then next. when prompted to select te public interface to the internet, select the network card that has the modem attached to it. (make this easier by renaming your lan connections to avoid confusion) then next. thats it i think just make sure to put the nat server as your default gateway on your other machines. pretty sure thats all just went off the top of my head, if u have probs post again. -M

Are you really running Windows Server 2003 Datacenter Edition? If so, you can just use the roles wizard to set up NAT/RRAS. That's what I'd do.
