Hi,

We have three Win2k3 domain controllers in our school system. I want to have the users at a given location to have a "preferred" DC for faster logon. How do I set this up for a user?

active directory will choose the best server for you automatically. Your manual control may result in poor performance.

But google has answers:

Understand that you are applying outdated concepts [logging into a server] to Active Directory [authenicating to a directory service].

Imagine the power if you knew how to internet search
