How do I set a specific IP address for the RAS? Currently it's just getting what is assigned to if via the router's DHCP.

Hmmm...I haven't done this in a while (my job's taken me away from domain/server admin) but if memory serves me, your RRAS should be the IP of your server.
If it is, then keep in mind one should never, ever, use DHCP assigned IP's for resources like servers.
