I am trying to create a service through an install file.
This is unable to create the service. Permissions error

I have tried this manually via dos sc cmd and same problem, perm. error

I have copied a reg file and try to import this, no error on import, but no service either.

Can someone please advise me on sec. policies gpedit policies etc, that can stop me install a service, as I am logged on as admin om the server , also tried through mstsc /console.

Help is apriciated
