I recently installed Win2003 Server on a machine. The only software on this machine is the OS and a christain school program. The software has only been installed for 10 days. About 6-9 times a day, the server will have "it is ok to shut your system down" message on the monitor and nobody is shutting it down.
Has anyone else had this problem or know what it may be caused by? I have all the power settings to never shutdown (Screensaver, hard disk, etc).
Thanks, Mike

It might be the christian software, most catholic software does not do that. Even the buddhist programs these days are somewhat user-friendly.
-just kidding-
seriously folks, have you tried any adware programs? Adaware is a good one. Also, like jefro said, check the task manager for events. Also try doing a search for ".bat" see if something is showing up that should not be.
Definately run any windows updates and update your anti-virus software.Another trick: right click on my computer, click manage, then go into the event viewer to see what is triggering the event. You will also see areas to view application alerts and system alerts.
Good luck-
