Hi friends, I am facing a big problem. I have set up all the necessary TCP/IP setings for being in LAN. But server can not communicate with other PCs in the network. Even when I check with 'ipconfig' utility, it does not show IP address but gives this message : 'Windows IP Configuration'.

I have tried a lot but it is not working. Let me know about this if you have any solution.

Thanks a lot.

Hello,

I had the same problem. The solution was to reinstall the network interface card because there was an error with the driver and the nic doesn't accept the ip.

Hi,

When, you havent DHCP server, you must give IP manually.if you have both modem and nic, you must give nic manually.because, modem's Ip changes each connecting. After all, check with ipconfig /all or netstat -r.

Good Luck.
