Server get dissconnected

I have a network where about 80 pc are connetced through LAN with a win 2k3 Server. The problem is such the server gets disconnect from the PC one by one after some time. But all the other application are working fine.

what do you mean by "disconnected"? Shares red x'ed? Access denied? how many cals do you have registered for 2003? This could be a license issue. Have you reviewed license manager and the event viewer logs?
