Server constantly pinging ext ip

I had a virus on my server last week and managed to clean it ok, but now the server is constantly pinging 78.157.143.163 and i am unable to find the process that is causing it. I have blocked traffic to this ip on my firewall but i would like to find the process that is casuing it. Any ideas please? Cheers Karl
