I have a problem with raid in HP prolaint ML110 server.
I have changed new scsi controller and tryed to connect two harddisk with same config,
I am config with hardware raid but nat able to config Raid1.only able detect single harddisk not the other one.

Kindly help on the same.

Try upgrading the firmware on the scsi controller. It could be out of date and causing the problem.

I had a similar issue when my tape drive failed and was not even detected by SCSI controller then upgraded firmware and now all working ok.
