I have a program that uses MAPI to create email messages in Outlook version 9 and excel spreadsheets in Excel 2000. It works perfectly on Windows XP and Windows 2000 Professional but does nothing on Server 2003. Not sure if I need to switch something on ? Any helpful suggestions or insights welcome

What program are you using? Some programs are designed for home use only therfor are designed to work on 2000 Pro, Xp etc but will not work on any server based OS. Without knowing the exact program thats all the advise I can give, sorry.
