I want to know if it's possible to Upgrade Server 2003 Standard to Server 2003 Enterprise (without doing a reinstall) as I don't want to lose any data or settings that I already have in place?

You will need to run the installer, but you would chose to do an "upgrade". That way the new files are installed. Doing an upgrade shouldn't impact most of your settings, and shouldn't cause any loss of data. Of course, always remember to back up prior to upgrading.

I should run the installer from windows right? If I have recently installed SP1, then I will need to get a copy of Server 2003 Enterprise with SP1 integrated, right?
