When I try to install it, the setup cd says I don't have a hard drive. Anyone know a work around?

Your hard drive is probably either set up in a RAID configuration, or is a SATA drive. You will need to load the drivers for your Raid setup or for the SATA controller at the beginning of setup.

Thanks for the info. I have a SATA drive. I called Dell, and the guy I talked to didn't know anything about this problem. Any idea where I can get such drivers?

They should be on a CD that came with your computer.
I havn't installed 2003 in a while, but I know in XP: When the installer first start it says to press F6 to load SATA drivers. I imagine it's the same for 2003. There is lots of info on this available online. Just search for "sata drivers windows install".
