I just need help setting up a simple network between a computer running server 2003 standard edition and another computer running XP Professional, all the ethernet cards and the cabling is setup, the ip's and subnet mask is entered as well. Can anybody help me?

When I try to access "Manage Your Server" from administrative tools it takes abt 15-20 mins for it to load-up it's extremely weird. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
