serve2003 network problem WORKGROUP

I have a small workgroup set up, 1 computer running win server 2003 enterprise edition and 1 running windows xp pro, the problem is that i can acess shared folders on server 2003 by the windows xp machine but cannot do it the other way around, it display the following error: its not acessible~. you may not have the necessary permitions to acess this network resource.

Being as how it's a workgroup, you have to approach this the same way you would with two XP PC's in a workgroup. You'll need to create an account on your XP PC for the 2003 machine and then give it access to shares in order to connect.
