Security tab missing in ADUC

After running DC promo to create my domain, I created a shared folder on the root drive of my DC. I check the box to publish it to Active Directory. Then I open Active Directory Users and Computers,right click my domain,click new-share,enter the description and UNC path. Then when I double-click the newly created share in ADUC, there is no security tab to set permissions. I can set share permissions for the shared folder through computer management,but no way to set permissions on the active directory share.PLZ HELP!
