Schedule Job Script

Hi, Here's the deal, I want to create a script that it will schedule 3 times a day to run the "Stinger" utility in hidden mode to all the Pc's in the domain and another one that it will copies the newest "Stinger" version from the Server to the PC once a day. How can I do that? Any help very appreciated!!! Thank you in advance guys!!!
