I can't seem to startup the DNS service on my SBS 2003 server. Each time I try to start the service I receive the error (error 14) that there is not enough space to start the service. This was working fine until yesterday. Nothing changed on the server.

A quick google search of "error 14"+dns+windows yielded the following:

http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=%22error+14%22%2Bdns%2Bwindows&meta=

See if any of those links don't help. You may also want to try searching the Microsoft Knowledge Base as well.
