when i try to view my company web on sbs 2003 it says website requires you to login. I am also trying to setup sharepoint and I can not get it to setup any help would be greatly appreciated!

When you go onto Companyweb it sends your username and password that you are logged on with. If you are seeing the prompt come up, i would guess that yuo either do not have permissions to access the site, or you are using a non-domain pc/laptop to access the website(which would mean that the wrong username&pass are being sent across).
I've never setup Sharepoint so cannot help with second request.
