Can I create a image of a SATA raid drive and then restore it to a normal hard drive. I understand there may be cluster size issues I dont know.

I don't know why that should matter. I have sucessfully created and used GHOST images of a RAID-5 SCSI system restored to a single EIDE drive.

Seems pretty easy to just try it. Why not just give it a shot?
