Hey!
I have no idea how to do this haha! When a user logs into the Active Directory for the first time, that is a new profile gets created locally. Now, how do I make it automatically run a certain program if it is the first time the user logs in with no profile on the local computer?
Like this. I log into my Active Directory on a Workstation, which I have NEVER logged in before. When I log in, the program runs and does something, which is like configures my outlook profile or something. The next time I log in, the program won't run because it doesn't need to be configured since it is already configured in my user profile locally on that workstation.
How do I do this in Group Policy or something?

You need to be more specific. What "Something" do you want to happen with what program?
Life's more painless for the brainless.

Jennifer, she's already being specific enough you rude person. All she is asking is how to run or execute a program when you log into a workstation for the first time! Geez, she doesn't need to tell you what program im particular! It could be anything! Domain Greeting Audio File. Email Configuration Program. Anything! There's really no need for rudeness here on computing.net, and I've seen more rude responses on other threads from you other than this one.
PS: Kay Tee Pren Tiss, I am sorry for ruining your question here, but this rude woman is being rude for something which doesn't hell matter. Again, I am sorry for yelling here.

Hey, I don't like to fight here but could someone please give me a solution to what I am trying to do? to be more specific, I am trying to run my email program when you first log on to a new computer. Anyone has any suggestions?
