I am adding our first Windows 2003 Domain Controller to a Windows 2000 domain. Everything went fine until replication. I am now getting an error on our Windows 2000 Server with regards to the new server:
Event Type: Warning

Inter-site Transport (if any):

There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper.
The record data is the status code. This operation will be retried.
Data:
0000: d9 06 00 00 Ù...I have done all suggestions from Microsoft on the Windows 2003 server for the error: There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper.
I set the MaxUserPort to 65534, the TcpTimedWaitDelay to 200 and the TcpMaxDataRetransmissions to 4. The error still persists.
I updated the network adapter drivers. I turned off the Windows Firewall although portqry did not report that the ports in user were being blocked.
I have already redone the Windows 2003 server just on off chance that might fix it but I'm back to the same problem again.
Any suggestions or ideas would be much appreciated!
-Charlie
