routing in RRAS

We have a 5 ip block from our isp and I need to use these other 5 ip's soon.

I cant figure out how exactly to configure RRAS to forward these ip's. I do not want nat but instead have it acting as a router and forward the incoming packets on those ip's to the correct machine. I've got an external router IP and according the ISP the 5 ip's we have are routed through this one outside router ip. This configuration is new to me so I am stuck. The isp modem is connected directly into the one 3com NIC and i have a second NIC in the server which will get 1 of the 5 ip's

the best way to do this is using NAT. otherwise, you will use TCP/IP Filtering.
