I have a server 2003 set up and created a domain and add a few clients in the domain. All the clients are runging windows xp. All the profiels works fine until i gave some of the users administrator rights. The profiels stop roaming to the server. Can anyone help me to solve the problem?? I must give the adminstrators right to some to the users.

Did you enable folder redirection? You will have to to use roaming profiles. Go to microsoft's web site and do some research on roamning profiles before attempting to create them. It'll save you some headaches.
