revoke rights assigned to a user

Hi, In a windows domain I delegated user creation etc. rights to a user, unfortunately I'm not able to revoke it. Where do I remove this user's right from?

You may be able to create a new group, that doesn't have that right and move the user to that group. Also, look at the OU settings.
