I am currently updating my company's email system and have a little niggle that I was hoping someone could help me with. We use a microsoft exchange to organise our emails but the timespan between email retreival is about 20 mins which can be very annoying when waiting for an urgent email. can anyone tell me how i can make this retreival quicker if not instant.

You don't need to retrieve mail with Exchange. If using SMTP, Exchange uses Store and Forward - so the message is pushed to you as opposed to doing a Send/Receive to go get it.
