I have a bit of a problem with this.
I have a user that connects through WTS.

I would like to restrict another one to connect on the same session, with the same user. I mean not to takeover the session but also not to create a new one.

Just to receive an error message that the account is used. Anyone can help me???

Never mind I found it. It was "Sleep", which is a part of the resource pack which I had already installed.
