Restrict file size

Can windows 2003 server restrict saved file size to say 100megs so clients can't save 600megs movies file to our server.

No. The only option you have is to enable a disk Qouta.

This is what company policies address. Real simple. You put none work related material on the server, you find yourself standing in the unemployed line.
