Is this a local administrator password, or a domain administrator password?

If it is local, try what Lars has suggested. I don't recommend ever using password crackers, but if you have no other choice.......

If this is a domain administrator account password, log in with another user account that has domain admin privileges and use it to reset the administrator account password.
