Is there any way of repartioning on win 2003 without using tweak nt and with out losing data? Thanks

You can do this with Partition Magic altough you'll probably have to install the DOS files (includes in windows versions) because it doesn't support windows server versions but it'll probably work just fine.
You should of course make sure you don't mess up your boot drive, with your operating system files. (and make a backup)
