Here's my setup:
Windows 2000 installed initially on C: partition.
Windows 2003 installed after 2000 on D: partition.
Obviously the boot files are on the Win2000 image. I just want to keep the 2003 OS - is it possible to get rid of 2000 and move 2003 to the C: drive? Thanks in advance.

if it is 2 seperate hard drives its easy, copy boot.ini from C: to D: then edit the boot.ini by removing the entry for 2k and editing the location of 2k3 swap the drives and your good to go, if your on the same hard drive, just different partitions, i dont know of an easy way.
