Remote Web Workplace links fail

Sharepoint RWW links "monitor help desk" and "administrate the company's internal website" fail to rendeer. Everything else is fine. Permissions seem correct. How to "refresh" or IIS correction without reinstalling intranet??? Any assistance would be appreciated.
