Remote Desktop Login Wallpaper

I turned on remote desktop for a server. Problem is, it is a hassle for me to wait while the Dell default background pic loads at the logon screen every time I connect. I would like to remove the Wallpaper, but changes to the desktop wallpaper setting only apply to the console desktop, not the logon screen. Also, setting the RDP client to remove the wallpaper only works for the desktop not the logon screen. Is there some registry key to remove this?

Found it...
I searched the registry for the location of the bitmap file the server was using for the logon screen background. I reset the value of this key to null and the background is now a solid color:
