I am trying to setup a remote desktop connection to a Windows 2003 server. We want to be able to launch 2 applications automatically when connecting. Is this possible ? It looks like you can only put in 1 program path. Thanks..

Never used that option, try separating multiple programs with a comma. If that doesn't work you could always create a batch script to start as many programs as you wish.

If you are not logging into the desktop, then you can only lauch one. What you are looking for is better addressed by using Citrix.
