the other night i connected remotely to a server on the network and installed updates from microsoft as i have done before with no problems but this time after the updates installed and it did the restart I can no longer remote in. I get an error message saying that one of these problems could be the cause: 1) network connection not there. (This isn't the problem as I can connect to the mapped drive on that server) 2)The server isn't setup for remote access. (It is or was before the updates) 3)The quota for logging on to this server has been reached.(something to that effect) I have had someone at that office restart the server, check that the remote access checkbox is ticked in the My Computer properties remote tab and also checked the Terminal Service in the services console is started. These are all happening so can anyone please tell me where else I can look. I am new to this so any help would be appreciated very much. Thanks
