Server running Windows Server 2003 Enterprise SP2

Desktop Running Windows XP SP3

Until recently i could log on to the server using Remote Desktop and a new session would open on the serever. However now when I log in the console session opens up.

Did you mean a command prompt like CMD?

Last time you left the Remote Desktop Connection, did you log of or have you killed the session?

So it sounds, that you'll get the last state of the Remote Desktop Connection.

Please send a reply, if you solved the problem !!!
