When I try to connect to my server through Remote desktop (MSTSC) I cannot connect to the server becacuse it tells me there are no license servers avaliable. What do I need to provide? Also, is Microsoft Terminal Services client the same as Remote Desktop?

The client is the same, but are you simply trying to remote admin the server? If so, you need to set it to Remote Administration mode in terminal services, not Application Server mode. Remote Administration will limit you to 2 concurrent TS connections.
MCSE, MCSA Messaging, baby!

I found the problem. Licensing mode was set to Per Device, I changed it to Per user and able to connect. But when I try to connect, it tells me I do not have access to logon to this session. Where do I enable who can use MSTSC ?

Ignore my last post. Is the proper way to turn on MSTSC on the server side is through the check box for Remote Desktop in the Control Panel -- System -- ?
I was checking Teminal Services in the Add/Remove programs, I gues that is the Application mode, thats why it was asking for the licensing information.....

Well, yeah, you can do it that way.
If you can't log in, make sure your account has a strong password.
"...but in my defense, it was dark, I was drunk, and it was delicious!"

With 2000 Server, the way to remote into your server was to activate the Remote Administration feature of terminal services which allowed 2 simultaneous connections.
BUT
2003 server - Remote Desktop and Terminal Services are two separate entities. If you want to be able to remote into your server to perform tasks then all you need is Remote Desktop feature activated under Control Panel, System, Remote (and to open that port on the firewall if you are using it)
Terminal Services when you first install it will run for about 60 days for free without licensing and then it will stop working as it is waiting for you to install licenses.
Don't install Terminal Services if all you want is remote administration. If you want to actually use Terminal services then you will need to install the licences.
