Remote Access

Want to set up a Server 03 machine and two other machines on a LAN at location "A", which has DSL svc with a dynamic IP, and allow Internet remote access from location "B". "B" wants to see the Desktop of the Server 03 machine at location "A", and do file transfer both ways. Assume that we cannot obtain a static IP from the DSL provider for the moment. Location "A" also has a registered domain name and Website hosting on a shared host, with lots of unused space on that Web server, and FTP access. What would be the least expensive/complicated way to set up the remote access? Will having the Web space help at all, or should I sign him up for one of the free static IP services?

About the dynamic IP, you can sign up for one of many free Dynamic DNS services around. e.g. dyndns.org, no-ip.com, etc.; there are tons of them.
I assume your computers are behind a NAT router. You need to forward the incoming ports of whatever services you are running to the same ports on the respective computers. There is a setting on the router config page to do this. Many routers also have built-in dynamic DNS client.
