Comment:

We received a "Relay access denied" message when trying to send e-mail to our biggest client.

Our configuration:

Windows Server 2003;
Exchange Server 2003;
Connecting to internet via Charter Business Static IP,
through a D-Link DI-707P router.

We send e-mail via our Exchange Server.

The full message we receive is: <#5.5.0 smtp;550
<xxx@xxx.com>: Relay access denied>

I know the fix is probably easy, but I can't seem to find it.
