is there a reg hack so i don't have to provide a reason for shutting down or restarting?
also is there a way to turn off the automatic "disk cleanup" that kicks off from the system tray?

u dont need to hack teh reg to get rid of that shutdown crap. run gpedit.msc, go to computer configuration >> Administrative Templates >> System. Find "Display Shutdown Event Tracker" and disable it.
....at least i think that's how i did it
