Same problem here. Found the solution though. First install catalyst driver. Then check out display hardware acceleration. It's all the way down! No wonder my games didn't work. OK, turn it all the way up, press 'ok' and install control panel. Now it should work. =) I also had problems upgrading augidy drivers. But that worked after enabling windows audio.

Hey man, thanks a lot. I just installed Win 2003 enterprise and on my Radeon 9000 Pro everything was slow, and control panel said it couldn't find ATI driver (altough that installed fine). Your solution seems to work. No Intel Application Accelerator or sound, though. How do you enable "windows audio"? I have on-chip sound and I installed AC'97 drivers, but they don't work.

Well, enable service called Windows Audio in services control panel..

but i have another problem, wunning 2003 srv with Radeon 9000 NP VIVO - everything runs ok, but after about 20hours of uptime, everything goes down, icons loose colors, some text labels disppear, Miranda IM stops working... until I restart.

Has anyone seen this ever?
