Quota on shared drives

We have a Windows 2003 server with a shared mapped drivers and shared folders, client XP machine have their own shared (my documents drive which is mapped to a individual folders on the server h: drive),w hen they log in to the domain.
I am trying to put a quota on each shared folder but can only do it for an entired shared drive, do I need special software to do this as the whole drive is running out of space.

Yeah, I don't think it will work on folders quota, it is a user folder and drive quota.
We have one big drive shared out to each users, some folders are full permission to these users, I need to set quote of individual folders, I think I might need 3rd party software if I am not wrong.
