Comment:

I have a directory with nested OU's that kinda looks like this:

my.domain.com
|
|--Computers
|--Domain Controllers
|--SomeOU
|--AnotherOU
|--TargetOU
...|--NestedOU
...|--UsersOU
...|--NestedAlsoOU

I am trying to get a list of attributes from the user accounts in UsersOU which is under under TargetOU. I am trying to do this by using DSQUERY and have had no luck. Here is my syntax:

dsquery * OU=TargetOU,OU=UsersOU,DC=my,DC=domain,DC=com -scope base -attr sAMAccountName userPrincipleName

The response I get is:

dsquery failed:Directory object not found.

WTF am I doing wrong?
