Is there a program that can monitor and/or detect every file that was ever installed on a system meaning that If I install a fresh copy of an OS on a new partition and a formated Drive will it log all events and activity such as new installations of programs or new files added to the drive whether they are text, exe, or any other extension? If so please let me know which would be the best. I am using Zone Alarm Pro 4 now to log everything such as Alert Events Shown, Event Logging, Program Logging. These logs pretain to the Firewall. I need something that will monitor everything and will not use alot of resources....? All help is greatlly appreciated.
