I've set up a new Server 2003 domain. with roaming profiles and folder redirection. Users that log in to a Windows XP workstation have no issues with folder redirection and roaming profiles. However, clients that log into workstations running Windows 2000 Pro have some issues. When they log in they get the following error messages: "Windows cannot find the local profile and is loggin you on with a temporary profile. Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you logoff." and
"You do not have permission to access your central profile located at \\server\share\username\. Contact your network administrator."
However folder redirection and the roaming profile still work fine. We just get those error message whne a user logs on. The permsiions are fine since the same user can log onto an XP box without issues. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
